Cervical endometriosis in pregnancy: A rare cause of bleeding in pregnancy

Introduction: Cervical endometriosis is a very rare site for endometriosis, with reported incidence of 0.11–2.4%. Case Report: We present histologically proven case cervical in 33-year-old pregnant woman who presented post-coital bleeding during the first trimester her pregnancy, subsequent spontaneous regression, and successful vaginal delivery. Conclusion: This emphasizes importance thorough pelvic examination patients presenting early pregnancy biopsy any lesions as long it safe. should be added to list differential diagnoses after more common causes have been excluded.
